I've backed frank from the start, like most fans. But as bad as this squad of players are in front of him, his total refusal to change his system will be his ultimate downfall and I expect unless he has a reset in his coaching outlook, then the same thing will happen with whoever he manages.
He hasn't got a good enough manager cv to ever be employed by a team that has and can attract the players he needs to possibly make that system effective in the premiership. ( He couldn't even do it at Chelsea )
If this really is farewell, then I am sad it didn't work with him.

He’s defo changed the system, I think what’s clear is he doesn’t seem to work on any form of attacking play.
It’s truly bizzare how they look like they’ve never played with each other. I know the quality is really poor but still, we don’t look like even creating a single chance

It’s the club that’s the biggest issue tho isn’t it. Look at how they handle transfers , sackings of managers, things dragging on all the time, the PR for a protest , even yesterday.
Terrible results, some terrible recruitment in a already woeful squad and similar repeat of last January. The Villarreal player on loan , what must he be thinking?
Desperate for the fella to do well but it’s not to be.
This club needs to change going forward. Not minuscule change, or fake strategic reviews, real change.

We finished 4th bottom last season. I deffo wasnt expecting miracles. I thought with the players brought in we could achieve midtable. This season was always going to be a hard one. All the talk was small steps, its going to take time,improve every transfer window etc etc. But he has watched his way of playing get him the sack for the same reasons twice and hes stood by and watched us go from 9th to bottom of the table. His midfield gets ripped apart every week and his only change is to play an extra centre half now and again. He still keeps the 3 in midfield and we still get ripped apart. Looks like its a third time now and hes brought it on himself. The supporters have backed him and the board for all their faults have given him time to turn things around. This is his third mad losing streak since he came here.
