I've backed frank from the start, like most fans. But as bad as this squad of players are in front of him, his total refusal to change his system will be his ultimate downfall and I expect unless he has a reset in his coaching outlook, then the same thing will happen with whoever he manages.I disagree totally. There are absolutely no goals in this team. No manager is fixing that without recruitment.
He’s defo changed the system, I think what’s clear is he doesn’t seem to work on any form of attacking play.I've backed frank from the start, like most fans. He hasn't got a good enough manager cv to ever be employed by a team that has and can attract the players he needs to possibly make that system effective in the premiership. ( He couldn't even do it at Chelsea )
If this really is farewell, then I am sad it didn't work with him.
But at the end of the day, my love is Everton not Frank...
They really have earned it.
He might change formations but he doesn't change the system. its always the exact same tactics. No speed, No intensity, No drive. NO SENSE !!!He’s defo changed the system, I think what’s clear is he doesn’t seem to work on any form of attacking play.
It’s truly bizzare how they look like they’ve never played with each other. I know the quality is really poor but still, we don’t look like even creating a single chance
So strange considering he was one of the best goal scoring midfielders this country has seen
They are playing to instructions, the parallels with the tactics at chelsea are there for all to see. He is worse than walkerit’s about discipline. A managers tactics is so much easier if the players step into the pitch with 100% attitude. A manager can only motivate if the players are willing to be motivated. God help you if you’re earning 50k per week and you need motivation to run.
Excellent trolling. Fair playHopefully hes been told Lampard stays no matter what.
Hopefully Moshiri has some balls.
Hopefully Thelwell does some deals
He’s far from faultless and said previously I’m disappointed in how it’s going to end.
It’s the club that’s the biggest issue tho isn’t it. Look at how they handle transfers , sackings of managers, things dragging on all the time, the PR for a protest , even yesterday.
Terrible results, some terrible recruitment in a already woeful squad and similar repeat of last January. The Villarreal player on loan , what must he be thinking?
Desperate for the fella to do well but it’s not to be.
This club needs to change going forward. Not minuscule change, or fake strategic reviews, real change.
I think if he isn't gone by Monday evening he isn't going
