2022/23 Frank Lampard

The reason we are in this situation is because we have had 8 managers in the 6 years that useless clown has been here, running the club. We have mishmash of players, a lot who aren't capable to do the task at hand - even mentioned numerous times by Lampard last season. We went on a run last year that gave us 6 points from 39.

Yet some think that having less than 6 months in the job is long enough to change everything

But no, these people don't want the school of science brought back, they want Sean Dyche. The warm cuddly arms of a manager who has achieved nothing and delivered some of the worst anti-football ever to grace the Premier League.

Look in the mirror, ask yourself - are you the problem with Everton Football Club

Was pretty inevitable after his comments the other day basically saying they'll have more bad moments when asked if that's the lowest point
Yeah it has to be because of that. If you keep complaining about your bosses in public then that's only going to go one way.
The statement when sacking him is pretty telling when they said they want someone to fall in line on transfer policy and be respectful

He had a point though. The premier league is so strong these days and to go into a campaign with only championship level players is asking for trouble. Now he knows how Frank feels

We will see if Lampard gets near the 9 on Saturday. He will be in the mire if that happens. Chaos defending like Brentford (they could have scored 6) will be deadly.

If we don't win tonight I worry for him due to the media circus.
With the next 3 game's, they will have him sacked if we dont win. They come with excuses for other mangers like they need time, they have not been there long etc, but they make no exceptions for us, not even the we get an absolute ton of injuries, and at least one injury a game pretty much it seems for months

Its very easy. If we dont win football matches you have no future. If you have a good track record (like Moyes ) you get more time. If you have no track record (like Lampard) it will be sooner then later.

And that’s the exact issue with our owner. We’re now at a point because we simply cannot get rid of yet another manager.

I would only sack him if we end up quite deep in the bottom 3. Its likely that we'll only have around 6-8 points after 10 games but we still have to give him time. He has one of the worst squads in the league to work with.

What want you that he does? Looking on until we are down? Sack the whole team? Clearly Everton arent improving since Lampard did take over. Look at the game on Saturday. A game we will loose by a large margin 9 times of 10. The next 2 games are against teams that have power and stamina. Not something Everton can compete with!

He’s been on the job since February, he inherited a team made up of people not fit to do the job required.

We’ve played 4 games with no CF. And no, we don’t lose that game 9 times out of 10

But sacking him now will resolve all these issues? Ok, sound

You dont have seen the game. They hit the post 3 times and should have scored 5 goals (only scoring the easy ones) Evertons defense was all over the place. No ball control no stamina and only the decent first 15 minutes gave some hope.
