Look guys whether you believe in Frank long term or not (seems most everyone does) today was bad from him and if you're denying that you're a little too blue tinted glasses on this one. Plenty of teams have put better efforts in against Spurs than that. It was a little too loserball for me. Never trying from the start to win it.

Who? They are 1 point off the top of the league, they’ve lost once, to the team that’s top. We are Everton who finished 16th with under 40 points last season. You’re talking absolute rubbish here.

Our attacking options are in the bottom 3 in the league.

It depresses me that our only possible way of playing effectively is to park the bus, but this is what happens when you waste money and then don't replace your front line when one is sold and the other can't get fit.

We are where we are and we cant compete with good teams. Is that good enough for this club? Absolutely not. But that doesn't mean we can magic away our problems and expect to go out toe to toe with teams with FAR FAR better attacking players.

Kane and Son v Gray and Maupay. Its a featherweight up against a prime middleweight. Its not a contest.
We don't have good attackers so don't attack is very much not how I'd fix the problem

Yes if the only two half decent attempts we had both went in we would have maybe won but that's not a thing that happens most weeks and it doesn't mean you're competing.

Please define competing then? I thought the aim of the game was to create chances and keep goals out? We’re much more solid at the back, weak up front, everyone knows that. We make do with what we’ve got.

If you can't put a team out that can compete you aren't a good enough manager simple as. Spurs are good but far far from so good that you can't have a reasonable go. It isn't City.
By this logic San Marino's manager is the problem and not the fact all their players are amateurs or semi pros with full time day jobs. A good manager is all they need to turn it around.

He's rebuilding a very poor side slightly improving side but far too defensive in most games - the defence has improved, but attack wise we are blunt...
On the deadwood he has got rid of some of it imo he needs time & money to play a more flamboyant team ....& Should be given more time ....
