Lots of our players pass the ball then stand and watch. They don't work hard enough to go find space or they arent smarter enough to know where to find the space
Agreed, they also aren't in a system that helps create space and there is no continuity with what they're trying to do from week to week.

I've said it a few times recently but going through preseason using a 3-4-3 only to stop playing that within a few weeks of the season starting is absolutely insane. Those types of things don't help. And we don't have the raw talent to get away with it.

Im not claiming passing is our only issue, but its something ive noticed more than anything.
It's what I said a few pages back. We don't create space for ourselves to play in and at the same time we do little to restrict the space that the other team has. Yes we could do better playing under pressure but it also would be nice if we could relieve the pressure sometimes and have easier passes to play.

He played a back 3 because Doucoure Gomes and Allan were the available midfielders.

So did Lampard, against Palace

The dramatic nature of that win glosses over a lot. We could have stayed up with wins over Brentford or Watford but could manage neither. It took us three attempts to finally get the required 3 points, with the 0-0 draw at Watford very much an example of Lampard's ultra-negative tactics.

He probably doesn't deserve the sack just yet, but I don't think Lampard is 'building something' at Everton. He just appears to be maintaining a rather poor sub-standard record.

Frank did a great job last year saving us from relegation and Agent Rafael's plan to destroy
but his record this season is poor and he signed forwards who are crap. A massive waste of money
so now he owns the mess.

LCFC were so much better it hurt. We have a decent defense but our midfield is average at best
and our attack is relegation quality.

Moshiru gave his hard-earned to Frank to buy Dwight but will Moshiri give Frank more money
this window? I suppose he has no choice because this team is going down with Forest and Wolves
unless we get three new attackers.

Couldn't agree more. This is Frank's squad now. He signed off on 30m for Maupay and McNeil and there can be no excuses for that at all. 30m! That buys you a brilliant striker from the continent.

I think Wolves will actually improve a lot and finish around mid-table. I see our rivals as Brentford, Bournemouth, Southampton and Forest.

It's been a truly terrible start to the season and Lampard has to accept full responsibility for that. He'll be fired before too long as, at this rate, he's taking us down.

Give him more time,we have got to stick with a manager sooner rather than later what is the alternative?
We change now and we go back to square one with no guarantee that the next fella will be any better or we stick with Frank and have faith in him and Thelwell to get it right.
Faith is for the catholic church. Football is very down to earth. Win football matches or else...

We have been unlucky recently, 2 wins from 8th place isn't a sackable offence, the league is very tight this year.

Just need to go on a winning run again but agree if the run of loses continues and we are genuinely in trouble then would need to replace him but not yet.
