I hope so - we do not need 4 CB's + Braithwaite when we dont have Europe.

If we could get £20 million for Mina or £25 million for Keane I would send either on their way simply for funds to reinvest in other areas.

Young cb who is a starter, senior cb, you name it, it doesn’t matter. If he’s signed he will start alongside with Holgate at this point.

indeed he could be ace; but still not a senior cb, dress it up as much as you like. He’s young and still learning his trade with minimal game time under his belt.

Signing this fella and allowing Branthwaite and Gibson do go out on loan at a Championship or Prem club is a no brainer in my view.

Then at the end of next season you have six hopefully quality CB's to turn into five if we are playing in Europe. Proper squad building that.

I'd keep Branthwaite around the first team for 6 months/a year before sending him out on loan. He's only been at the club since January. But yeah another loan for Gibson, at the end of it we can see if he's ready for the final step up.
