When you switch your hose sprinkler on it is wet.....or wait for rain - I spent 1 hour watering my landscaped garden today after those winds as that wind makes the plants pump the water up quicker than a hot day -it opens the stomata where the plant breathes on the back of the leaf ... soak the roots then spray the pack of the leaf to stop the pumping action of the translocation of water up through the xylem tissues/cells of the plant.....
I have 4 beautiful lacecap Hydrangeas - Hydro = they like water.....
I used to love Botany .....
If its to dry your lawn will burn in this weather.....with weed & feed unless you water well...after application
He was talking about spraying some grass growing through his patio with round up. Only an idiot sprays round up in the rain.
FGS the grass has to be pumping up moisture for the Glyphosate to work not ideal to spray in in bone dry conditions like we have now ......
Joey, i live in australia which is kind of a pretty dry place if you didn't know. Spraying grass in the middle of summer with round up kills it, spraying round up in the rain is stupid and won't work.

Old guy on my allotment swears by it for clearing vegetation as a prep for new veg beds. Then again he was banging on the other day that Ketamine was a cure for coronavirus!!!
