A lot of you want Mirallas dropped for him. It would be nice to play both of them.
His touch was off against Spurs apart from one good dribble and one good cross. Got a good 30 mins to show what he can do. Doesn't seem to have much pace running without the ball. Got me thinking - will he ever be good enough for Barcelona? If not, why not stick in a cheeky £6m bid for him. In a few years he could be brilliant. His close control is excellent, he can cross a ball and he can curl/shoot balls into the net. We should try to sign him!
Hmmm. That brilliant run aside I thought he was quite poor. Challenged for nothing and his first couple of touches were awful.

I'd start him next week. He needs to get more stuck in though...

Thats not his game though. Theres no point expecting it, as it is not going to happen. What he did do is track his man, sometimes back into the defense which is an improvement as he would have been told to make sure Coleman was not exposed and followed those instructions.
He started with two bad touches and after that he was involved in two of our most dangerous moments, one to setup Coleman who could have got a pen and the other a chance he created himself. Other than that he did okay, not fantastic but ok.
I think...going on Mirallas performance today and overall this season that this is enough for Deulo to have a good shout to start or get another half hour next week.
Too risky, both are luxury players. He didn't do much to impress me apart from his little twinkle toes run, not quite sure how he got through there.
