Best centre half to grace the Premier League
Had one good run where he cut inside and got hacked down. When one on one with a defender out wide he seems to wait for the defender to dive in so he can jink past him, but not many Premier League defenders will do that.
The day the penyy drops with the kid about 'give and go', 'passing' and 'crossing' he'll be dynamite.
Watched the game again now and I can't see why some people are complaining about him tbh.. He lost the ball twice because he was isolated against two defenders, when Coleman cut in.
On the plus side he got some corners, a free-kick, interception, had a decent shot and almost got through the Palace defence.. Obviously he didn't have the match of his life, but I thought he was one of the better players offensively (which doesn't say much today, but still..)

to be fair, the pattern of the game was well set by the starting 11's shocking display, the subs couldnt turn it, but they dont deserve the same criticism the starting 11 do
An awful stage of the game to introduce him as we had lost the plot should have started imo!
He looks good running at players with a head of steam but a bit iffy when faced by a defender when static. He will come good with a few more games under his belt.
