Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

He is direct, wants the ball, runs with it, glides past players, superb close controll, like to get close to the keeper to get shots off.

Not too different to Messi.

Ronaldo is all about pace & power.

...one thing I think Graham Hunter said is that Barca are looking to get Messi out. Hope I didn't hear that wrong but Hunter seemed quite definite about it.

Spoil sport you lad.

Thank god he still hasn't got this hair!

Evil Empire is a joking term, but there would be enough examples in the bloody history of Ireland and Catalunya to use that term. I was using it flippantly here though. I am sure, that if you are from this region, then you would not find it hard to find somebody who would agree with calling Spain something like that. Not saying I agree in full but dont pretend that this is not a common enough view.

Solo tengo que preguntar a mi amigo a mi lado si puedo llamar Espana el "evil empire". El dice...que si...historicamente si. Vale? No digo que es mi opinion, pero es la opinion de mucha gente en varios partes de Espana.

Anyway go Deulo! Hope he starts versus Fulham but I think it will be Barkley in the centre and Osman in his place.

I answer you in a new thread here: http://www.grandoldteam.com/forum/threads/62863-Spain-and-Catalonia?p=2380692#post2380692

I did laugh when that barça supporting American realised chico had been trolling him. Gerard seems like a nice lad on the darts thing, seems to be settling in well.

yeah he will have settled it fine.

RM, Lukaku, Mirallas, Oviedo all talk Spanish so he would have been fine

I'm struggling to embed tweets on this forum, but Barcastuff recently posted yesterday: "Barcelona have already decided that both Deulofeu (19) and Rafinha (20), now on loan at Everton and Celta, will return next season. [as]"

Take it as you will. Hard to see him staying unless you qualify for the UCL.
