Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

I'm tired of hearing the word ' potential '.

Apart from that flash of brilliance at Arsenal and it really was a flash, i'm yet to see anything that makes me go ' wow, ok this lad can make a difference '. 2 full years out on loan to two very good teams and sat on the bench. What has changed since you last saw him ?

I suggest you look back at his time at everton. For a teenager in the premiership he showed some great skill and flair. Granted his decision making needs to improve , but what teenage footballers are the complete article ?
As for his time at seville , again showed great skill and flair on the pitch when he did play , played 11, scored 3 , assists 7.
I think im right in saying thats more than all our widemen combined (mirallas aside)

The lads special , if he can sort out when to cross and when to shoot , hes going to be world class.

Then he should play better.

I can almost guanrentee the moment Deulofeu loses the ball or doesn't pass to someone the crowd will be on him. And by crowd I mean @Mikey_Fitzgerald
God I hope not. I hope the fella next to them tells them to shut up.

Because just like Barkley or any player they will have poor games. The expectation is far too high for their age.

This kid is gonna tear the premier league a new arsehole and you can vault the mighty maccavennie at the end of the season!

He will also take the spotlight off Ross which will hopefully get him back to his best if he can knuckle down and concentrate on his game.

Expect the unexpected!!!
Not since we had rooney have we seen a player who has you off your seat. His good points far out way his bad. This signing will give the club, supporters and other players a massive boost.

Then runs out of play

Excellent
again , look at those final runs into the final third .
stage one , he shows awareness pace great dribbling flair and beats players.
stage 2 . He gets into dangerous positions.
stage 3 .his area he has to improve , he will shoot when he should cross , or cross when he should shoot. His only flaw.
stage 4. Even if he made the wrong decision in stage 3 , More often than not he forces a tackle or save which results in a corner.
