Gerard Deulofeu - Once a Blue, always a Blue

If he's out of favour with the manager and hardly played, he's hardly going to shine.

Be fair.
What was the excuse last season. As things stand currently, he has been given chances at 3 top european clubs; Barcelona, Everton and Sevilla. He's had plenty of chances to shine.

People who criticise him are probably the same people that think the sun shines out of Naismith's arse. Everything that's wrong with the English mentality towards footballers, appreciate workhorses with no actual ability and shun flair players with the potential to be match winners because they're occasionally too "selfish"

True, but apart from us, has he really been given a proper chance?

He didn't exactly regularly start for us - I'd welcome him as he at least attacks, which we lacked a hell of a lot last term.

A 7th choice winger who would walk into our team on right wing..
Like he did 12 months ago when he was here...

Spanish McGeady.

Lots of potential *roll eyes* but a hell of a lot more frustration. I will look forward to him taking on 3 players and running into the advertising boards. Boooooooooooooooooooooooo

There is that at least. Being direct. But so is Mirallas. For a team lacking and desperate for that, half of his appearances were from the sub bench.
