Comparing him to the best winger I have seen for us, Andrei K, I think he is there in terms of ability to run with the ball and beat defenders on the outside. His crossing is getting there. I'd like to see him be more of a goal threat cutting inside. Andrei could go either way, burn you down the line or cut in and slam one away with his left. Made him very hard to stop.

It's a much greater strength than him actually attempting to beat a man, which at the moment is often too many step overs or faints.

As you mention, when he whips the ball into the box the opposition defence seem to have no idea how to handle it; they're so accurate.

If he could strengthen his ability to actually beat a man and then apply a wonderful cross, then it would only result in more results for us.

I think he's the complete winger.Try to mark him tight and he can go past you either way.
