Getting old

Noticed no matter how much I shake still always end up with a 10p piss stain on my trousers. Walking round the office at work trying to cover it up. Never used to happen. Probs be a 50p stain in a few years then a saucer stain by the time I’m 60.

Is amazing. Do all you old boys wear nappies? Lucky buggers.
You have to trick it, feign to put it back in your pants, then just before you let go, get the old man back out again, and reshake.
Works a treat.

40+ folks shouldn't be too upset, at least you weren't 20/30- in this hell house of a world! you had the best days.
That's true to an extent but there are a lot of people in their 40's who just missed out on the perks of free university, well paid and stable so-called "unskilled" jobs, incredibly cheap housing such as Right To Buy and are going to feel the pinch of the massive Ponzi scheme that is pension schemes.

But it's definitely going to suck balls way more for the younger generations.

Just keep shaking and massaging every last drop out. Not too much though or other stuff comes out too. Plus its always good to stop if someone walks in, so I've learned.

Why do you do this to me Joe? Like freaking catnip, but for a ginger pharmacist...

A bit better but definitely coming of GLP1 injections for diabetes as, looking at it, they originate from the back of a lizards tongue

That's not quite right. The first GLP-1 was a synthetic form of a hormone found in Gila monster spit. Humans have very similar hormones so not a huge leap

prone to give you cancer in the long run

This is only correct if you are a mouse and you take massive doses... as in doses well over any doses we actually give patients. Used in humans widely for over 15 years with monitoring in place and no documented human cases of cancer.

In addition to weight loss and improved glucose control, several of the medications in this class have been shown to decrease the chance of the patient having a heart attack, stroke, dying from a cardiovascular event, and even death from any cause. All important as cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death of people with type 2 diabetes. Also early evidence that they may help in fatty liver disease and even chronic kidney disease.

If it makes you sick to your stomach - eat smaller portions and eat slowly. The medication slows gastric emptying - meaning your stomach fills up faster and with less food.

Put him right fellow scientist!

Also - what is this stuff? Sounds like I could use it!

I find just leaving it hanging free for a few minutes to be ideal. Maybe Jimmy could just hang loose while he saunters back to his desk.

Sure the cleaner won't mind the piss drips on the laminate.
