The club's stadium should never of been allowed to degenerate in image to terms like it has in my view. With simple improvement works.

its literally been left to rot hasn't it. Not like these works are very costly either. As you say should have been done years ago. Will lift the whole image of the club to the outside world, even if we know it is just a polished turd haha.

I know that the 'tatty' state of the ground has discouraged large firms from using goodison (and anfield) for conferencing events and the like.

This should seek to remedy some of this even in a minor sense.


How can we have a premier league club - which just wasn't arsed projecting a premier league image?


Everton thanks to Moshiri, immediately starting to raise the standards of the commercial side of the club.


I would also be putting a dog walking control area around Goodison as well with statutory penalties for dog mess and and littering as well.

Its as much for local residents as anyone.

If you want a premier league image. You've got to project these sorts of standards out from the club.

The whole area needs to be clean and tidy. The stadium needs to be smartened up.

Thats all happening, or needs to.

It looks like it hasn't even been cleaned since 1990! Especially the main stand exterior.

This is what its all about.

An entire change of mindset about what we are as a football club.

Letting the stadium go to rack and ruin is not an option.

Definitely. It's not all just about what happens on the pitch anymore to attract players, corporations etc.
