Just joking. I am walking like a newborn foal today though. In that bracket now where I really want to go, and it's a nice time so it'll be quiet...but I don't know where I am on the scales of tiredness and productivity.

You're too young to have a disc problem without an impact injury (n)

I've tore ligaments at the top before. Tried to do an overhead kick and kicked the defender's head instead. Changed my momentum so I fell on my shoulders with my legs snapping down on top of me. Do a lot of work on my back now.

Went back to playing football tonight, and I had to leave after 20 minutes. Every time I kick the ball I get this surging pain in my right quadricep.

I had this last year as well, but I was unfit, and overweight then, I didn't think I'd have a problem now that I'm in pretty good shape.

I can run and all that, but when I kick a ball I feel like I've just booted a 50kg kettlebell.

The top of my right leg is swollen like crazy after only kicking the ball a few times.

Any ideas lads? Or should I just cut off my leg?

You need to see a physio and find out what the underlying cause of your problem is, and then fix it.
