Went back to playing football tonight, and I had to leave after 20 minutes. Every time I kick the ball I get this surging pain in my right quadricep.

I had this last year as well, but I was unfit, and overweight then, I didn't think I'd have a problem now that I'm in pretty good shape.

I can run and all that, but when I kick a ball I feel like I've just booted a 50kg kettlebell.

The top of my right leg is swollen like crazy after only kicking the ball a few times.

Any ideas lads? Or should I just cut off my leg?

I've got this fella called Seb..

Chest and triceps tomorrow. Think I'm the only person that doesn't enjoy chest day. I don't even do it on a Monday.

For the f.cking 3rd night this week (OF COURSE all the nights before I've wanted to go the gym) I've been up past 5am. Woke up in a proper bad mood, not even in the mood for the gym. And does it get better? Of course it does. Someone is playing a banjo outside in 5 minute intervals, the same tune. This has been the case for the past 2 hours.

Training is all over the place atm as it usually is when I'm moving between Liverpool/Lincoln. Have a job interview in S****horpe on Friday, traveling to Lincoln tomorrow from here. Wrecks my head. You don't find time to train, you make time to train.

quick question,

when you exercise and you lose weight, where does the fat go? does it come out of your poo?

i had a massive poo before and i felt like i literally lost half my body fat in one go.
