Cheers lid. I'm going to be going with a mate so it'll be motivation to have someone I know around really. Why did you want to know where I live anyway? Haha.
So I can bum you when you're fit mate.

Bump, 6 weeks until my holiday, would like to keep muscle but drop around 7-10lbs (bring body fat down to around 12%, currently around 14-15%) HIIT or LISS ? Or simply drop calories below required amount ?
Thanks Maddison, was hoping you'd reply. Will give keto and HIIT a go.Carb backload or a keto diet, and use Hiit. If you're a bodybuilder type trainer, use supersets and low rest periods. You need o make sure you're fully depleted if you decide to use carb back loading. If you don't train your back or legs, that will help. Add some light cardio in after training (not walking).
Well done and keep it upWell the weight is dropping off - 10 kgs down from the start of the year.

Ive done 16/8 IF recently, and it went well, just wanted to mix it up and try something different that's why I asked on here. Just reading up on keto now, interesting way of doing things with high fat and low carbs.Ignore the scales, you might gain some muscle. Intermittent fasting will help too. Don't do it too often though, twice a week in the final two weeks before you leave for holidays. Don't be tempted to try it too early though or it will likely backfire on you.
If you need any books, letme know. I have both of Kiefer's books (google)

Will do, thanks againIf you go straight keto, ditch the dairy (cheese and milk), and make sure yiu carb up once a week after the first two weeks to reset your leptin levels.
The madd!
I've put on half a stone in a month ffs.
