Just do something like Wendlers 5/3/1 Works very well for most people, just switch the supplemental exercises for his boring but big recommendations

Any methods on how to work our your body fat percentage? Used one method on different websites and one said 16% and then the other said 22.

None of them are overly accurate, all you can do is use one and stick to it. I've got a BF weighing scales and I can fluctuate up to 4% bf up and down in a day. I've used the online tools as well, and again some seem to fall in line with the lowest mark of my bf weighing scales, while others don't.

When people tell you their bf percentage, it's a rough guess based on what ever tool they are using. Unless you use Hydrodensitometry testing, you're always going to be looking at a best guess scenario.

Use the bf stuff to monitor trends, that's what I use it for and it's a good tool if you use it in that respect. The weighting scales can lie because you might have gained some muscle whilst losing bf. As cliché as it sounds, the mirror (or a camera) is your best friend if you want a no fuss and more accurate comparison to work form.
 

Attempt at getting in good shape #104.

I've been going to the gym 4-6 times a week for the last 5 or 6 weeks, but for the first time I'm doing it whilst eating well and cutting out nearly all snacks.

The effects have been great, I've definitely progressed quicker than any other time I've tried to get in shape. Hurrah.
