Anyone know what this Gym is called? It's in liverpool but not sure which one. I was thinking hilton hotel gym but not s ure whether it has one.

One for the runners amongst us. After reading that static stretching is basically a load of tosh, I gave up stretching. I still use my foam roller fairly often. Has anyone else done the same?

I haven't stretched before or after running for years, never saw the point. Though i do have tight hamstrings so should maybe i should. On the foam roller (don't have one myself), they are supposed to be superb if anything for injury prevention.

And are you relatively injury free?
 
6 weeks ago I bought a pair of 32" waist jeans, a much improved diet and consistent gyming means now they're at least 2" too big for me. F*cks sake.

None of my trousers fit me any more, it's a nightmare. And all my t shirts are getting too tight as well.
