Agreed. I'm terrible at football though so I can't even do that.

Last time I ran about was for a game of tennis. I quite like tennis actually.



Ha, true. Takes me ages to do a workout.

Nah, I get out of breath if I run up the stairs. It's awful.
You and I both know why that is don't we?







It's the altitude difference from bottom of stairs to top, the airs thinner and you are trying to get as much of this "thin" air as possible because there so little oxygen, right?
 
Just done an incredibly vain session in preparation for going out tonight. Must have done about 150 reps on bicep curls and hammers. Not even remotely hooped though am I?

Went for a decent run, came back and did some pushups and things like that and then had some fruit and stuff for food.

Good times really. Sadly, this is my first run in a week or so due to uni work and being ill :(

Doesn't work, the pump leaves your arms and your biceps go back to normal. Theoretically you're depleting the glycogen from your biceps, which could actually make them look smaller....... Oops! Not to mention you're not knackered, so if someone took a swing at you you'd have to crawl up into the fetal position and hope for the best :pint2:

Well my arms are back to normal size anyway haha! No doubt I'll do a few more before I leave regardless.
 

Another decent run here for me. Starting to go every day and going further per lap every day.

Sadly the next few days are all most full days, as they're rather busy, but I'll try to squeeze some running in.
 
Attempted a run tonight... First time for a week, a slow plodding 2 miles.... Felt good and no pain... Not even out of breath... Nice to know the miles I've put in already are carrying my ass at the moment.
