Aiming for a fair amount of mileage this week in training. 180km done thus far. Will aim for another 60km tonight and then around 110km on Sunday.

At a reasonable weight (58kg) but would like to lose another kg or two before June and the race in Austria. Sure now the weather is improving and I can get out that won't be a problem.

Followed a 10km hill run up with a game of 7 aside hockey with a bunch of ring ins, got thumped 15-4. Scored all our goals from planned set pieces from the hit off, was a laugh.

Weighed myself for the first time in years last Monday and I was at my heaviest of 16stone and it shocked me like. Started a Juice+ diet the following day and I've lost 4 pounds as of right now. Could have possibly lost more but Saturday is my Chippy day and I'm not dropping it as it's the only day where I eat anything that isn't currently liquid form or weight watchers.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 1 day of the weekend are my gym days, whilst at home I'll try and do 30 minutes per night on the exercise bike.

Joined E4L myself in Belle Vale right after Christmas. Never have to wait to get on what I want and the price is laughing. Spot on like.

From when I posted this on the 21st Feb, I've managed to drop down from 16st to 15st 3.

My arms are looking more toned too. Just need to lose this bloody belly fat.

71.3kg this morning (24.6 BMI)

That's approximately 10% of my pre-programme weight I've shed. Just a couple more kg to go until target is reached. Want to get to <70kg for my solo race in June, which will involve a lot of hill climping, so power/weight will be a big factor.

Hope everyone is doing well!

Mods???? :red: What the ? Shame on you

Was beautiful for the ride this morning. Got out around 7am and managed a nice 5 hour ride before lunch. Haven't seen as many cyclists out as I did today in a long time. Would barely go a few minutes without seeing someone out and about. Was lovely to see some youngsters and women out too.

Just a shade under 400km covered this week, so training going alright. Slowly ramping up the intensity and feeling the fitness come along nicely.

Get on your bike. Lycra even comes in big boy sizes

Nice one wayney.

Any more punctures? I bought myself a new mtb for christmas and, even though I 've hardly used it, I've had 3 punctures already. My last bike had 3 in 2 years ffs.

Been good as gold since the weather cleared up. The roads were an unholy mess though. Potholes all over the shop. Could have used a mountain bike I reckon. Or at least something with suspension.

Rode my first imperial 100 of 2014 yesterday with 2200m climbing. Annoyingly the pan flat part of the ride was against the wind. Needless to say I couldn't be assed doing much today.

Ran my first ever marathon yesterday in 3hrs 44mins. Didn't get the sense of elation I felt doing 10ks or halves it was just relief to get over the finish line; don't think I'll be doing one again in a hurry.

The crowd was great though, there was a big banner saying 'Chuck Norris has never ran a marathon. YOU ARE BETTER THAN CHUCK NORRIS!!!'.
