No idea if it's correct and probably well risky if you're lifting heavy stuff, but I found having a loose grip helped a lot with this. Like resting the bar on your hands rather than properly gripping it. MADDISON HELLO/
That's pretty much spot on

You might have a flexibility issue, but it could be you're not sufficiently upright when executing the lift. Do you ever feel like your muscling up he weight and fighting not to fall forward? A perfect front squat should have the bar resting on your clavicles, and if your form is perfect there's very little (if any) stress on your wrists.

Post a video if you can, side on view.

I don't feel like i fall forward, but my weight definitely goes more forward than upright and my arse comes up before my hips.

Christ this makes it sound like awful form.

I have started to add Chia seeds to my diet, too. It's undoubted one of the most nutritionally dense foods that exist. There are stories of it's use in ancient cultures to sustain distance running, and has been rediscovered and popularized in recent years by ultra-distance runners like Scott Jurek.

Yeah gotta agree..chia seeds are amazing! But beware if you eat a lot of chia, then make sure you drink plenty of water. Chia seeds are extremely high in fibre and without water - you'll blow up like a ballon.

I sprinkle them on everything I eat

I hate the Hack Squat, it's the most evil of evil, evil contraptions ever evilly invented.

Especially when your PT gets you on it in a hypertrophy leg session in between incline leg press, chained and dumbelled walking lunges and then Bulgarian split squats.

Ouch :(

None of those are as taxing or difficult as doing a barbell squat, quit your moaning :p

Came back from Austria on Monday pretty lean @ 56kg and around 5-6% bodyfat. Haven't been able to stop eating since then. Hungry pretty much all the time, despite doing very little exercise this week.

Whoop! I did it!

The 24hr Le Mans skate took place this weekend in the most appalling conditions that I have ever seen. I competed in the Men's solo category against 102 other competitors and managed to finish 9th overall, completing a total of 91 laps, or 380km.

It rained. It rained all day and all night. This sucks when it comes to skating, as our skate wheels are far more sensitive to wet and slippery conditions. I saw so many crashes and wipeouts, but somehow miraculously managed to stay upright all the time despite fighting fatigue as well the wet stuff.

It was crazy hard physically and mentally, but I'm pleased to say that all my training and attention to nutrition and fueling paid off very well indeed. There were many skaters with far more ability who could not last the distance or had not prepared as well, and consequently didn't do as well.

For a first time effort I'm very pleased. Yes, the conditions sucked, but it was the same for everyone. It was an amazing experience. 2 days later I can still barely walk, and my ankles are horribly swollen, but I don't care!

Here's some highlights!
