I agree but he either needs to get a better PR person on board or replace whoever is advising him.
He’s getting boring now, and all this woe is me stuff is simply digging himself a deeper hole.
He should pipe down about whats gone on as he’s not going to change anyone’s mind about it, stick to talking about football, his career and being a bit more contrite toward the fans and he’ll be able to come and go to the match as much as he wants.

I almost think he believes his lack of contrition is going to be better received than a cave in. 🤷‍♂️

Reckon he has no PR, and we are getting the real Graeme Sharp. It's refreshing to a point, and sharp reminder despite many fan adulation of individual footballers its simply not reciprocated in some cases and more than we probably led to believe due to effective PR. And thats what we have here, warts and all.

TBH I've not liked him for an awful long time.

Him and some other arl arses in the last great Everton team pretty much downed tools and did it their way once the last league title was out the way.

They indulged themselves and refused to integrate new signings into their clique.

Professional to a point that feller.

His time then employed as 'club fan liaison' officer and then director reinforced my dislike of him.

He's just a 'kin rotter as far as I'm concerned.

Maybe , myself just a kid when he played so would not have appreciated those negatives.

Myself put Southall above them all, not just what he did for Everton just as much for what he done outside football working with the most disadvantaged children. Not at least being in proper paid work to support himself and being outside the professional football bubble.

People need to grow up if they are still offended by him.
It's not like he came round and killed one of your pets

This bloke was a crucial part of the greatest EFC side I have seen in my life.
He gets a free pass for me.
I'd rather see him walking round the pitch on the last day than some idiots you know are going to spoil it by running on.

Be sad if he's not part of it but the club should be doing everything to get him here.
Nobody is offended by him ffs. This entire drama is because he's upset that the fanbase won't collectively beg him to come back to Goodison. Its nobody's fault but his own that he's grossly overestimated his own importance. Come back, don't come back, it makes zero difference to the vast majority of us. We'd just like him to stop being a crying little tart over it all.

Woe is me, was never good tactic, why he believes this work with many football fans in particular Scouse Club, just reenforces why he should have never had those positions at Everton football club.

Does all this mean he will be omitted from the song/chant “Everton,oh we love Everton and we love our…Terry Curran”?

Questions will be asked in the House…

Stop being pradantic

*Pedantic

I was thinking about this today.
The 3 best traditional style centre forward that I have seen play; were Joe Royle, Bob Latchford and Graeme Sharp. (I prefer to remember the player not the man).
Who was the best would be a tough call? Both Joe Royal and Latchford had similar records. Both scoring over 100 goals. Sharpy scored more but played more games.
Bob Latchford was always my personal hero. Don't know what others think?
By the way, the quality of the players we had in those days and looking at todays squad would make you weep. Ball, kendal, Dobson , Thomas, Reid, Sheedy etc

Someone needs a sit down with Sharpy open honest discussion where they tell him exactly why the fans feel as they do.
He can then give his version of events, at that point, we should accept the matter is finished and move on.
We can then all decide for ourselves if we forgive him or not.
He would be welcome back to watch games, you can choose yourself if you want to ignore him or not.

He should definitely be invited to the first game at BMD, and thereafter. He was a great player for the club and we should never forget that…it’s time some of our fans gave him a break……….
