They had Buffon and Del Piero playing in Serie B just months after winning a world cup.I thought they went down more than one division but I have a terrible memory but yes much worse
Crazy to see.

Lol. I guess one season outside serie A ! assuming they got promoted) isn't really that much of a punishment..They had Buffon and Del Piero playing in Serie B just months after winning a world cup.

When you take into account they had recorded conversations from Luciano Moggi to referees their punishment was literally nothing in comparison to what they could have gotten.Lol. I guess one season outside serie A ! assuming they got promoted) isn't really that much of a punishment..

Wash your bitter mouth out pal, City fans have never changed their allegiance and never will do. We'll accept any punishment that comes our way and go again. Could be fun, hopefully. If we get relegated of course. I'm not too mithered as I'll still go and support City. Just like many of you won't desert Everton if you get get relegated.Send them to the lowest tier of English football
Wonder how many of their loyal fans will start supporting Newcastle if that happens
I don't mean it in an offensive way, but I've never really viewed City as one of the big clubs even after your success. In a sense you don't get the luck that Liverpool, United too a lesser extent Arsenal and Chelsea do. Things that only seem to happen to us happen to you. I remember the game, when a fella handcuffed himself to a goalposts, Denis whatever his name put in a MOTM performance and Darren Gibson scored think it was his debut. Also the time when we had just lost 3 nothing to Wigan at home, played you the week after and Osman scored a worldie, Mucha made his only good performance for us, and Jelavic scored in injury time when he couldn't hit a barn door that season. The time when Tim Howard had a MOTM performance against you when he was letting in goals for fun and John Stones somehow got away with not giving away a penalty. Mirallas calmly following one of your players down the field in the first league cup semi and waiting until your player got into the box to volley him and you didn't get a penalty, I was in the street end and could see it was a penalty. The fact that Davies of all people managed to score that goal against you must be embarrassing, then Lookman scoring on his debut to make it four, was even worse for you. City like Everton are unlucky in many ways certain teams get luck others don't. Sunderland are probably more cursed, I remember when they outplayed us under Moyes, we didn't even have a chance that game, then we got a corner in the last minute of stoppage time and Tim Cahill scored, which saved Moyes job. TBH it's only the RS who don't have that ability to mock themselves ever other set of fans I've met can, even United fans.Yes, we have pal. And we've had far worse bad times under Peter Swales as chairman than you'll ever have under Bill Kenwright.
Some of our worst moments on the pitch where our best moments off the pitch, if that makes sense. Inflatable craze was a great to be a City supporter, especially at away grounds. We were well known for our loyalty. But when we got bought out all of a sudden we were branded plastics, lol.
I've always thought city and Everton are very very similar in lots of ways especially us supporters who go to games. Gallows humour is a common bond between city and Everton, and we also have a common bond with West Ham and Sunderland fans.
If we get stripped of titles and relegated we'll get back, even if it takes a few years too. I am a bit concerned but I'm not overly worried because we've been amongst lower league teams before, and getting beat home and away against Wycombe Wanderers in the league opened our eyes. But we still turned up week in week out.
I play pool on a Monday night and half the team is United fans who will no doubt try ripping me. But none of them go to games, so it's like water off a duck's back to me as I can't take them seriously.
Ah 'member the days of yore. When an owner can have the ambition to buy a title and not have to worry about 8-10 other billionaires who also want to do the same. A much more innocent and pure era, the working man's game
As am I. Therefore, looking at it objectively and observing all the evidence, I have decided that they are completely innocent. If they’re guilty, they deserve the book throwing at them, however it will absolutely boil the Kopites piss if they get away with it, so as you can imagine I’m very torn.
I was reading that the PL are changing their rules due to Chelsea's recent actions of are buying players and putting them on eight to ten year contracts. It deffo looks iffy, but some bloke on the radio, who, I assume knows his stuff, said that selling Gallagher and another yoof for about £60m would show them in profit.
Yeah, me neither.
