They have no hope of making any of the charges stick because the burden of proof for such serious offences is more than hacked emails spliced together to make us look guily. Just so we know how we should take this rant. What expertise do you bring to the table regarding the disputing of the charges, to what level have you gone through the financial records of the club?
I think it would be good to know, so we can determine the conspiracy theory wormhole and denial levels we are looking at here.

I don't know if you are guilty, I have never stated otherwise. I am nowhere near having enough knowledge about the charges to have an opinion.
It came across as a rant, especially the last part where you blamed the charges on other clubs.
What you have to be aware of is this is an Everton forum, you know the club that is hurting right now. There are going to be people lashing out. Best advice is be humble and acknowledge where you are, ignore the comments and let us get back to debating football not balance sheets.
