Sell on value no longer being the priority for every big signing is a real indicator of progress.

All that philsophpy did was buy inconsistency, and develop players for other clubs.

Key is the balance - we've brought in Lookman, Calvert-Lewin etc etc, we also need to temper that with players who are in their pomp now.

Not Gylfi, 45m is standard in this market for the return you get out of him. Let's remember a full back Kyle Walker went for 50m!

Klaassen, Pickford and Keane can all be considered very good deals considering their ages, Sandro could prove the snip of the window.

We currently have what could also be considered as 2 wingers in Mirallas and Lookman, whilst we also have Bolasie out injured.

Definitely a CB and striker short and cover for Baines.
