If you throw in Gueye too, then there are only two other forward spots up for grabs: an attacking midfielder who can help Tosun
and another goal-scoring midfielder.

A new left-back and maybe - not essential - another central defender.

If you throw in Gueye too, then there are only two other forward spots up for grabs: an attacking midfielder who can help Tosun

Or Lookman for Siggy and that's your front 3.

tbf, i wouldn't call tosun guaranteed yet. Sadly there aren't any credible links to strikers yet, but i think we need to be splashing £50m on a top attacker to make a statement. We need to shore up the back, but need an extra attacker as well to compete next season. Then again, why would there be a credible links if we have no manager and our DoF hasn't started yet.

I’d love to have a top quality, world class striker, but tosun looks like he could get 15+ goals over a whole season. If we play in a team that actually creates chances then I think he could do very well. He has shown he can take chances when he gets them considering how few he has actually had.

It’s a similar situation as last season, there aren’t many strikers available, not that will get us the 20/25 goals a season we want anyway.

Also got the thought that we have spent close to £30m on tosun, how happy will mosh be to throw another £50m on another striker when the one he has just bought has only played 14times and scored a few.

Don’t think martial or rashford will ever be the 25 a season striker. Lacazette maybe but doubt he’d come to us. And Bas Dost Is an unknown in this league. He did well in the Eredivisie, struggled to make much of an impact in the bundesliga (which is considered one of the top leagues) but has been great in the Portuguese league. I’m not completely sold on him especially at 28years old for £50m +

Icardi yes, would happily have him, doubt he’d come but let’s throw an offer in anyway.
