[Baines' left foot]

Proper weird trying to find stats from the past to say our record signing isn't good...
Since he's been here he's been half fit (because it took us so long to sign him) but he's still scored a worldy to see us through to the Europa groups and now he's just slotted twice for Iceland and I'm sure those minutes have helped his fitness too. Looking forward to seeing him gel with the team over the coming months.

Some people have made their minds up about him already and will defend their stance to the death. They'll be waiting in the wings praying he has a bad game and then BAM, out they come with the 'I told you so' etc. They're an absolute stain on our fanbase.
