I think he needs to be built around. I like Rooney and Sandro but they don't make it easy with their moving all over the place. Get Gylfi in the middle with DCL up top and actual wing players who stay there and lets see what happens

I agree that building the team around him is probably the way to go given the money we've splurged. Just a bit depressing that he'll be feeding Lewin who just isn't ready to be leading our front line week in, week out.

Yes this needs to be the answer. Not sure where that leaves Rooney but we should have planned things better

How many matches has he played with us? How many preseason matches did he get?

And to be fair people beat Rom with his price tag his entire time with the club...so I suppose it will be the same with Gylfi.
