Any shot from there is going to be hit and hope to an extent. Not any player could actually score from there though. Ridiculous to say it wasn't an unbelievable goal.

And to be fair people beat Rom with his price tag his entire time with the club...so I suppose it will be the same with Gylfi.

because of an egregiously haphazard recruitment strategy resulting in our worst start to a campaign since the 2010/11 season.

Love that everyone here and all pundits (and even Gylfi himself) say 'to get the best out of Sigurdsson you need to play him centrally'.

Yet Ron's man-crush in Rooney, who he openly courted for 6 months, is going to play 90 minutes of every game there when fit.

So wtf is the point of signing him? Why was Baines, Rooney and even DAVIES taking corners ffs?!
