Baines is a set piece expert. He used to score free kicks before Martinez made him play bad. I'm not in the know, but from what I've heard, apparently Koeman doesnt like how naughty he is, so makes him train on his own with Martinez and refuses to let him practice set pieces. Apparently Baines is not happy about this at all... he's on the verge of crying to the Echo.

I think it was his 4th but whatever, he hasn't disappointed me, he's no.worse than I expected. Never understood the hype, too slow to influence a game.

People should remember he had no pre-season so he'll still be pretty far behind in match sharpness as well as only just learning how to play with his teammates.
