If it is Rodriguez being charged with racist language then perhaps it may be worthwhile looking at the Rodriguez footage. It is completely different situation the camera is focussed on Rodriguez during the whole conversation. Though I am loathe to pre-judge things if I was to make a guess I would say it was likely that he has been charged because of what lip readers have picked up on.

No, I've accounted for the separate puta insult (which caries a ban all on it's own). That was followed by a volley of racism according to Holgate, and I'm inclined to believe our player over the word of a player from that House of Horrors.
