What is there to explain. We have 41k seats now, a new ground with 60k seats will cost us in the region of £600m. How many extra seats do you think we will get ?

According to you we will probably have a 45k stadium so by your reckoning that's about 500m for an extra 5k seats.

You simply can't label a new stadiums impact by how many more seats it will have compared to Goodison and then just say "so just for an extra 20k it will cost us 600m"

It's the most stupid and flawed point in the whole of the thread which takes some doing.
