If someone was kicking your head in, which looks like it was happening to one or two people when you look at the start of the video, I would expect the stewards to be helping in some way to stop it. How could you forgive yourself if you did just stand there and something serious happened to that person. I know I wouldn't be able to.

I'm not disagreeing with any of that but simply stating that I can surmise what may have bee their motives for lack of action.

Baie Des Iles. Katie Walsh rode it last year, kept it wide all the way round. 8 year old now will be up there all the way this year(I hope). 50 to 1

....I don’t think it’s a race for ‘tips’ but i’ve already posted my early selections and i’m very happy with the weights they’ve been allocated.

....if the horse failed to start whilst the white flag is raised (under starters orders), it usually means you’ve done your dough. if the horse is withdrawn at the start it usually counts as a non-runner.
