Horse Racing

…..notice a bit of money and a few mentions for Galia des Liteaux in the National. She was 50-1 yesterday, 40-1 in a few places now. She’s currently sneaked in with the lowest weight and is trained by a handicap maestro in Dan Skelton. I suspect she’ll be shorter than 40-1 if she lines up next week.

Who do you think will be most well in at the weights by the time they go off? Limerick Lace?

Corach Rambler was 10 pounds well in last year.

Ps- I’ve also got panda boy @ 33s and mr incredible @ 40s

Corach Rambler after an energy sapping Gold Cup should not be favourite for the National.
Hedgehunter fell between the two stools of the Gold Cup and defending his National crown

….that’s a nice looking set of bets, a bit similar to my portfolio. Mr Incredible would be my biggest winner, backed him at 56-1, 40-1 and 22-1 he was running well last year when his saddle slipped, he’s carrying 6lb more so it’s difficult to determine if he’s still well in. Thought it interesting that Mullins didn’t run him until after the weights were out.

Cromwell likes Limerick Lace and says she won’t be inconvenienced on the ground. The going could be the major factor given it’s currently Heavy with more rain due this weekend.

Galia des Liteaux is another Mare creeping in with a low weight, she could be anything. Let’s hope Panda Boy gets in at the 5 day decs, he’ll be a lightweight if he does.

Not a horse racing bet but a bet on Phil Foden to have a shot on target at epic odds even money from 1/3 looks irresistible with William Hill. A ceiling of £10 max though.
