That's all very well and good mate but again it boils down to if's and but's. My original point was that you can't say United won't win the league but Everton have a chance at the Europa League. It doesn't make sense.

I could have argued that we might sign Hummels, Strootman and get all injured players back for rest of season, only having to play one fixture a week, have a manager who has won it all before and go on to win nearly all of our games whilst City and Chelsea will have one eye on the Champions League. But this isn't realistic, again, it's If's & But's. Same goes for Everton in Europe. We both have the same kind of chances of winning stuff this season - slim to none.

We will agree to disagree on that reagrding us

I feel we have a good a chance that we will ever have and we are playing with a style that seems to be a lot more efective that against Hull and Sunderland. If we go out then we go out, but personally i am keeping hope that we turn Poland Blue in may.

It's not just Roma, Spanish teams in Europa league are way better than EFC/LFC/Spurs, even Ajax could be a favorite to win it.

It's alright having boss attackers but their defence will be ripped apart by the likes of Chelsea, city and arsenal.

Even us, RS and Spurs will be more of a match for them providing we all defend well.

A front 3 of Lukaku, Eto'o and Mirallas would tear Evans and Blackett apart and that's not including coleman, baines and Barkley. Even if they score against us they would have to do a liverpool of last season and do a "you score 3 we score 4" type of game plan.

This is true. It's also idiotic to say "But but but they haven't played <insert good team here> yet" when you go and lose to bottom of the league Palace at home.

We could beat Chelsea one week and then get smashed by West Brom the week after. Football is unpredictable like that.

I reckon, in the long run, we'll finish above you lot simply due to the fact that we haven't got midweek football and when Falcao, RVP and Mata/Rooney all click - we'll score goals for fun. Plus I think we'll bring in a world class CB in January.

A cup is a random luck of the draw sometimes, not to mention you only have to beat the team in front of you once. The league is a true show of a team's strength. Roma might be better than us, but we have more chance of either avoiding them or beating them than you guys do of toppling Chelsea.

Their ability to concentrate solely on the PL, plus ability to spend mega millions in January make Man U contenders for the title. I believe Chelsea will win it, but Untied are unquestionably contenders.
