Tbh mate, any self respecting adult shouldn’t wear a football kit or trackie lol.Yes and this isn't something new. Most adults won't wear something that isn't a decent brand either.
This is just a ridiculous move. Hummel are the Netto of sports wear and we're going to have the making out kits.
Big brands want to be associated with big teams. I guess we have zero aspirations to do that.
I'd like to wager that we are picking up more a year from Umbro than Villa and Sheff Utd are from their manufacturers. Newcastle not sure about because the geordies are a weird cult like the kopites but I would wager we get more than them. Outside of the top 6 I wouldn't be surprised if we picked up the most or 2nd most from kit manufacturersWe have the opportunity to kick on as a club with a world renowned manager in charge and the first marketing idea the club has is to pick a kit manufacturer that was partly famous 29 years ago.
Some will say it doesn’t matter but what a club does off the pitch in this regard is massive. A few extra quid matters and if Everton think chasing hummel for cash is a wise move then so be it.
If we can’t attract big brands such as Puma (Newcastle) Adidas (Sheffield United) and Kappa (Aston Villa) then the club are either not a big enough commercially or thick as shjite for not picking a kit manufacturer that will be successful both home and abroad.

We had Nike and blew it. Opportunity missed there. A Nike/Tim Howard campaign was needed in North America but we failed. Nike then dropped us.Tbh mate, any self respecting adult shouldn’t wear a football kit or trackie lol.
It shouldn’t be news to anyone that we don’t have a big global footprint in terms of selling kits. Having Nike or Adidas pay us a pittance as that’s all we are worth to them doesn’t help us.
When we start competing at the top, the money will increase and big brands might want to bid for our shirts. it doesn’t happen the other way around. This isn’t a lack of aspiration from the club.

Christ almighty.

When i come to having kids, and i get them an Everton shirt/gear... if they even dare turn round and go "Not wearing that, it's Hummel", i'll question my parenting lol come on lads.
You don't look at the logo, you look for smart gear, with an everton badge.
