I want a manager who is hardworking and diligent. Someone who is both able to get results in the short term while building for the long term.

That is why I have chosen to throw my weight behind Marco Silva.

(Only joking, he would be a disaster - let’s bring back Moyes and Irvine)

I dunno - he is a decent tactician and will not just blow the money, like some of our other recent managers.

A few years of stable rebuilding could be a good thing
No he really is not, he is a guy who used to play midfielders upfront as strikers, the West Ham fans can't stand him and don't want him to stay on there as manager because of his tactics and team selections, so why would we want him? He also stayed about 3 years too long the last time, might aswell just keep Sam, the football is going to be exactly the same.

Moyes teams were never anywhere near as bad as Sam’s - especially for the money!

The idea of Emery excites me. But I can't see it. So Fonseca then, I'd take Howe, Dyche or Silva for a long term rebuild. They all have more of a clue than Big Fat Sam.

Patrick Vieira rumours appear to be gaining some traction for what it's worth,(not a lot I know).
I think he's done well at NYC and I wouldn't be opposed to his appointment, if it had a grain of truth of course.
