“Better” is very subjective isn’t it? We’ve all got opinions.
But I’d say with absolute certainty that the fans of the respective clubs wouldn’t swap Gueye for Fernandinho, Fabinho, Ndombele, Torreira, Ndidi, Matic, Doucoure, Neves, possibly even Rice.
Ive just text my West Ham mate , Arsenal mate and Utd mate and they said with absolute certainty they would.

Ahh, that seems like a reasonable test sample size.
Well give me a chance Kieran, you gave 9 examples and I've asked 3 of the 9 in a matter of minutes.
With absolute certainty we csn confirm thay PSG rate Gueye above Doucoure as he was whoring himself out in January if I remember correctly but they came in for Gueye.
Not that it matters as Gueye is a different type of midfielder than Doucoure so with absolute certainty we can't confirm Watford fans would choose him over Gueye. In fact I'm sure they would love Gueye right next to Doucoure given half a chance.
I do have to agree with Kieran on this mac.
Imagine suggesting to a Wolves fan they trade Gana for Neves, Moutinho or Dondlelonger, they would laugh you out of brum.

Gueye was probably more “gettable” for PSG than Doucoure. For starters, the fee bandied about for Gueye was around half what Watford touted for Doucoure.
Gueye, if he does sign for PSG, won’t be going straight in their starting line up. He’s being signed as relatively low-cost cover for the likes of Verratti, Herrera, Draxler and Paredes.
