If Silva is sacked - who could/should we get?

I read as it him meaning it's one thing looking at how Bournemouth are now but he's had 10 years to put all that in place so it would be a very different proposition here, when 25 games into his tenure we could be 1 place lower in the league than we were at the end of last season, and people would be debating who we should get in to replace him.
Howe? please please no. Another Silva.

Did he?? I must have missed that.
You may want to look into it. He did as well as you could expect given they gave him no money to spend, were in the relegation zone and the fact the fan base was in full meltdown mode. If you look at the situation when you had fans running into the pitch vs Burnley, etc then he did very well to stop them going into a full-on tailspin.

Arteta shouts are mad. But will the same management team be at City next season? Pep doesn't stay too long, historically. Maybe Arteta will be looking for an assistant role. Who ever the next manager is must know that Goodison enjoys a tackle. If Marco changed his defensive tactics, upgraded all forward options and signed one big monster midfielder, I think it'll all be ok. For a bit

If you look past the fact that he forced his way out with no time to replace him and then celebrated against us, yeah, he'll always one be of 'us'.
Don't be so silly, fans never fully know the circumstances on players leaving, not everything is black and white, especially with our board.
What we do know is when he played for us he was one of us, on and off the pitch, and always will be.

Arteta needs to cut his teeth in management before he's given a big job as hes competely umproven.

Everton IS a big job... it doesnt feel like it when you see the amount of duds given the honour of leading us in recent seasons including the current melon.
