Looks talented but I’ve got a sneaking suspicion we’ve Evertoned him and hyped him to the moon after a few early step overs.
Last few games I can see why he’s struggled at Marseille, lacks a bit of raw pace and decision making.

It's hard to make any impact as a forward in this 11, a few times today he tried some really positive attacks but there is no support at all.

Agreed, but up against top quality full backs he’s struggled to glide past them one on one - not slow whatsoever but if he was a tiny bit quicker he’d be far more dangerous.
He also needs to move it quicker, dribbling is great but he needs to be making quicker decisions (again huge caveat to how poorly setup the team is going forward - excited to see what he can do with a better setup, just not sure he deserved the kinda hype he was getting).

He might not be a champions league level player but he's a good player for us and would get a game for a lot of the teams in the bottom half. If we had a decent winger on the other side and a better number 10 than Doucoure he'd look a lot better as he'd have more openings.
