Going through all the bother of doing it yourself might not be worth it.

There's quite a few claims firms that have capped fees and they're experienced in pushing for the absolute maximum they can wangle out of your particular case. If they have a capped percentage they're gonna be busting a gut to maximise that.

In all likelihood they'll get a much higher figure in the initial claim than you would so even with their fee it'll still be a better outcome than Train Passenger vs Train Company Law Team.

Yeah I started to think that, I went with a firm @COYBL25 recommended and they have already contacted EMR's (the train company) insurance so I'll see how it goes. In reality my life has been very unaffected by it so im not expecting loads, but we'll see
