If only in mentality! The slowest and smallest squad in world football! Brands tried to get in the Guinness book of records. Who has spend the most money on slow, weak, midgets in world football? EVERTON FC

Nothings wrong with the players.

Have you not heard? DCL hasn’t played for 3 months, but in that time has morphed into the second coming of Christ / Ronaldo and Lionel Messi combined.

They havent watched Bambi before. Good athlete, very very average footballer. At least he isnt a slow midget!

TBF I don’t think it does - all it will take is the right person coming in and setting a standard that all at the club are expected to exceed.

That is what Teeth did at the RS and it’s the main reason they are where they are; from the players to the pharmacist they either perform brilliantly or they are removed and someone else gets their chance.

Who is this right person tho, we just seem to make bad decisions. I myself would go for Potter

Sides like Crystal Palace and Brighton add quality players who fit their needs.

Gallagher, Bisouma.

Even though I like him, Allan isn’t what we needed and in a time when every managed realises you need pace we’re stuck with the slowest side ever. It’s simple.

This is very true.

We lacked pace and strength in key areas to play before RB and had no money to improve matters.

Other clubs make key additions to support the system they want to play. West Ham signing a more imposing figure like Soucek to replace the slowing Noble, who is basically their Coleman. Then signing Coufal to replace the slowing Zabaleta to get up and down the wing from full back. Plus a more mobile attack in Bowen and Benrahma to replace the likes of Arnautovic and Haller.

It's incredible to think where we may have been without Gray and Townsend if we had not spent the little money to sign them.

What baffles me is that sides like Brighton and Palace have been able to completely change their style of play in one season with very little additions.

That's means they have unskilled most of their long term players to play with possession.

This isn't a Rafael rant but our current group of players has never been able to play in possession even when it was drilled into them with previous managers, so we can take charge of a game playing supposed lower standing teams.

What's wrong with them? Yes there has been managers that prefer sitting deep as a philosophy but if we play a fulham or Norwich or Crystal Palace for that matter surely we can't sit deep against these types of sides? We allow them to think they are outplaying us? Possession ultimately leads to pressure

The whole point is to switch to being deep against a man city but turning it on against a burnley but our players seem incapable of holding onto the ball? And if we do, it's like watching paint dry

I‘d say it all points to a rudderless ship. No direction, no discipline. Staff full of dossers, getting away with stealing a living.

I would love to know :

- How does our training methods compare to other clubs?

- Nutrition & well-being. Liverpool players look like they’re probably all on plant based diets & 10hrs a night sleep. Not to mention some German doctor juicing them.
Our lot look like they live on midnight “Just Eat” deliveries & the FF canteen been outsourced to Greggs.


Even small businesses have KPIs & SLAs. We just don’t seem to have any blueprint at all. We’re led by Donkeys.

Honestly This is what worries me. Our only players out are mina and dcl.

If your telling me that you need your full first 11 to go toe to toe with Palace then you shouldn't be a manager full stop.

So if dcl comes back and we win 5 games then heaven forbid he gets injured again on the 6th and hes out for another 4 months of the season are we just expected to loose every game for that period while that fat spanish kopite shrugs his shoulders and goes "well we had dcl injured".

You know thats what hes saying to Moshiri and that fool will be lapping it up. Where any owner with half a brain would be saying "youve got a 25 man squad use it and if thats the case why did you make me bring in that lump of crap rondon if hes useless!"

Limited, yes. Severely in some cases. But poorly coached all the same.
