On that basis we should forget Gnonto and sign the no 9 that we are desperate for. Though I've got to say - a fit DCL and say Maguire would make a decent team. really good deal. he’s got all kinds of finishes in his locker. and would certainly have buried at least one of those 19 chances against fulham.

….no, but I suspect he’d have gone elsewhere had he not been. Other clubs would see the prospect of signing an injured player on loan as something to avoid but clearly we feel the risk is worth taking.

They are indeed, shame the only one that might make a difference to us is the goals scored. He can create all he wants but without a fit DCL or A.N. Other to slot they ain’t going to count for J.S.

I strongly suspect that at this point new players are all told that they don't have to win anything or be any good at Everton, but it is mandatory and a contractual obligation to tell the fans in the introductory interview that the club is either "great", "big", or "huge", while making cooing noises about Goodison Park and/or the fanbase.

No "do your talking on the pitch" with us, when there's easier content in doing your talking in your interview.
