He’s no where near as bad as being made out.

He’s come back from a bad injury and been thrown straight in. Coupled with the fact he’s having to cover Young it’s a huge ask.

His best game for me was vs Aston Villa in the cup, where he had Paterson going past him and offering him space or an option every time he went forward.

I think as much as anything it's Young's lack of ability to help Harrison create something. Same with Mykolenko and McNeil on the other flank.

Right now I think we've got two of the poorer wingers starting for us in the league but they are suffering even more due to a lack of support. Been that way for a few seasons.

You won’t get the best out of Harrison with Ashley Young behind him, his workrate is very good but he can’t provide defensive cover at every opportunity because the yellow card accumulating grandad is being targeted all game and then have to take on 3 players every time he gets the ball with no support.

Twofold problem as when Young plays Harrison has to double him and basically track back all the time anyway so that Young doesn't get simply ran past.
