Transfer Rumour Jadon Philogene

I thought this, not sure if there’s a loan rule that gets around it though.

Either way, I think there’s too much mental gymnastics going on in that post.
Yeah it’s a bit far fetched. PL has already verbally slapped teams on the wrist for PSR shenanigans. This would be fairly outrageous 😂

Just make our best offer and leave him to decide. No point in chasing for too long. Villa are the best placed, but he'll have competition. Everton need pace and he'd get consistent game time. Ipswich he'd play consistently but will likely get relegated.

Its absurd how people make stuff up, if they have a first-refusal clause then why were there multiple offers before theirs? What does a first-refusal even mean if you simply make a bid the same as others after other clubs have, and the player decides who he wants to go to? Nonsense words people use to make things sound the officialist(which is a nonsense word).

It's understandable lol there's just been an onslaught of articles, statements , tweets with various conflicting info over the last couple of days where all starts to blur together

I agree with you/gave you a like, but surely a true "insider" journalist isn't reliant on what's out there in the open for everyone? If they are truly "insiders", they wouldn't allow such mediums to pollute their own narratives.

I wouldn't say its made up, it's simply a contractual agreement between two parties that gives one the ability to be the first buyer. This party can match an offer made by a third party and purchase a player, or they can refuse to match it, in which case the seller can proceed to a another club. It's been around for a long time.

Think the clause states that if Hull accept an offer Villa have 72 hours where they can match it and it has to be accepted. The player of course still gets to decide.
