The lack of developing players like Jack for me is the main reason why Dyche should go.
The approach to the cup games was inexcusable; next to not getting relegated, the cups should of been the main priority. Dare say if we had gone on a bit of a run Goodison would have carried the team further again in it's last season.
Jack is an exciting prospect being squandered.
I'd like to think we get in a manager which may entertain such things like Branthwaite O'Brien and Tarks in a back three. The potential is there but need to know the reality. We'll never find out with Dyche.

Not in any way his fault at all but what an utterly horrific signing when we've been left short in several others areas of the starting XI. Yes he is probably Branthwaite replacement but you don't replace a player one year in advance when you know you'll get about £80m for him and you currently have huge gaping holes in other positions within the squad.

That really was some scraping of the barrel stuff from the manager wasn't it.
Keano apparently played out of his skin in these games...
Which earned him a starting role going into the season.
He then started ALL of these league games, disgraceful results where we let in 13 goals in 4 games - including literally being a central figure in two humiliating consecutive collapses.
Even up until last week he was still being touted as having played really well, good enough to on merit be keeping our player of the year and 80m rated centre half out of the side.
