Liam is winning trophies and playing CL for Celtic. McGuinness is at Luton, but he’s a product of the Arsenal youth academy, tonight was his debut, he’s well known to the set up at underage,

Always find this kind of funny - he was plenty sh1te for a good few games last season(so justified) but this season has been pretty solid this year at the back (he is 40 so don't expect big runs)

It sums up society these days imo it's like you have to stick to your opinion "boo boys" no matter what - people can change their minds and should try it sometime.

He was appalling for most of last season in my view. But this season he has been pretty steady and consistent. The level of performances we have seen this season is what I expected of him when we signed him.

That's one of the things, people (here Evertonians) find it hard to change their minds. Sometimes (not just in football but in life) you just have to have the guts to throw up your hands and say "got that wrong". Young is what we could get, afford, was willing to come, etc. Of course, we'd like Roberto Carlos or the like, even Cole or Baines... but Young has done well IMO.

You hadn’t answered that already, you said you hadn’t called him one but that doesn’t mean you don’t think he is one.

And it would be easy to assume you think he is a flop considering you challenged my post saying he isn’t one.
