we should cash in on the irishness trinity - get a green away kit, riverdance at halftime, fly the tricolour, get into an argument about flying the tricolour

Anyone else kind of like the british core we have to the team ??

The british are lazy. We should have bought a load of wisla krakows players. Would have took a fortune off the wage bill too. They don't moan if it goes to extra time either.

Speaking of Wisla Krakow players, I see Bob the Pole has been sacked as head coach from the American team he has been with for eighteen years as both player and coach.

Two punishing, must win qualifying games he and Coleman have coming up. I cant see McCarthy featuring against Chelsea, tbh. Coleman maybe because he's a regular and knows the drill, and really there's no deputy for him.

stones is a more than able deputy id say but of course coleman will rightly be playing.

definatelt more interested in watching Ireland tonight. Is it on poor person tv or skysports?

I dont buy skysports, had a massive drunken argument with some b1tch on the phone after we beat southampton 7-1 at home and we werent game of the day...fkin fuming i was in the pub about 9 oclock when Bolton beating Man United 1-0 was the game of the day! Cancelled that 5hit there and then

I love to commitment to the cause. I'd be fuming about that myself but it was before Virgin (Telewest as it were then) even got Game of the Day

Watch him closely hes an exceptional talent, i really didnt see how good he was untill i saw him in the ground at a live game a few times though - like most central midfeilders TV doesnt do them justice.

Continueing on the Irish theme (though we are gash), id be having Robbie Brady at Hull as well, watch him be one of the stand outs this season, the lad has a left peg remiscnet of another Irishish left winger who used to play for us.

He's always looked ****e when I've seen him play. Half decent dead ball delivery, but I've seen nothing else in him to suggest he was potential top draw.

I'm going to watch McCarthy tonight, as by all accounts I've been missing the point with him as well, so I need to educate myself I reckon.

Watched the last 30 minutes of the Ireland game and wow...they are incrediby poor...

McCarthy was very very average tonight. First time I really watched him, and he just went back and sideways for the 30 minutes, despite them deperately needing to at least get one goal.

No taking the game by the scruff of the neck and trying the pull the rest of the team along with him from our James...just backwards and sidewards, backwards and sideways...

Ok then...

Sweden pressed them very well tonight. It was a very scrappy game all told, don't think anyone played well for Ireland.

Not his best game tonight, but in all honesty, I am not going to judge him in what he does for Ireland. What sort of player is he, or at least, what role do people see him playing at Everton. I worry him and Barry will be quite one paced.
