They're not going to take any notice of individuals. They deal with complaints from whistleblowers inside the system.

They always have an answer for poor financing of the team. They're a disgrace. Our first window just gone by under a new manager who needs to get 'a few bob' spent, to use Billy Liar's words, and we end up with a negative net spend of 12/13M.
Totally missed this from your previous qoute.
So 'Billy Liar' says we need to spend a 'few bob'; and we spend £20m and this still does not well with you because we come out with a negative net spend??
We've spent money, the squad is stronger and deeper but because we made £10-12m its not good enough??
I appreciate you don't like BK, or the board, but this is a weak argument. If we had bought nobody and sold Felli, then yes I'd be angry, but we've done exactely what Spurs have done this summer. Sold a prized asset and added depth to the squad; they may not be as talented individuals but the principle is the same.
How is it a weak argument when Billy Liar said in the press conference when Martinez was presented that we had Fellaini to sell and he'd give Martinez 'a few bob' on top as well. In the event Martinez didn't even get to spend the Fellaini money, never mind Bill's 'few bob'.
Do you think we do last day transfers by accident?
Experienced Everton boardroom watchers had their ears tuned into the statements regarding future excuses this week. The message for consumption was that Everton didn't need the Fellaini cash to trigger the McCarthy deal (strictly for the birds that line - they were so close together it beggars belief they weren't dependent) and the undertone has been peddled by the local hacks that maybe we're looking good for January if we need to buy. However, the other statement to come out this week that went under the radar a bit was that the club will now be looking to tie down existing key squad players with longer and bigger contracts. We've been down this road before with this lot: we know they've sold us the 'choice' before between landing new signings or using cash to extend contracts. I believe that's what we'll hear more and more of in the run up to January.

Unreal.
Gangsters running this club.
I think you're assuming that like on other occasions the cash surplus will be consumed by the business & the manager won't see a penny of it for re-enforcements, which is understandable.
However, there's a leap from that, to chucking around insinuations of wrong doing & 'gangster' behaviour Dave.
For the record, I think he will be given funds to re-enforce in Jan should he wish to.
